Walk peacefully...

Spending a week at the beach had me meditating on the vast presence of the Holy Creator.  As the sea shells washed up in their special uniqueness, I was reminded of the creativity of our Lord.  Like the seashells, we are all different and beautiful...!  Our bodies are only temporary!  No amount of striving, (even an Olympic athlete's training) can keep gravity the inevitable effects of aging at bay.  Instead of being anxious about our imperfections and weaknesses,  let's focus on the LASTING abundant life and peace found only in Him.  Living in Him, we grow stronger and more abundantly alive INWARDLY!!
As we radiate His Light, a youthful glow will surround us always!

^13-16 Oh yes, you shaped me first inside, then out;
you formed me in my mother's womb.
I thank you, High God—you're breathtaking!
Body and soul, I am marvelously made!
I worship in adoration—what a creation!
You know me inside and out,
you know every bone in my body;
You know exactly how I was made, bit by bit,
how I was sculpted from nothing into something.
Like an open book, you watched me grow from conception to birth;
all the stages of my life were spread out before you,
The days of my life all prepared
before I'd even lived one day.
