Physics 101..? really???
Mark 12:30 "Love the Lord God with all your passion and prayer and intelligence and energy!
Last night was my 3rd Webinar for Holy Yoga. More insight on how IGNORANT I am!!! (I have a lonnnnnng way to go!!) It was all about energy,.. God created energy. Man can not create or destroy it... only transfer it! And transfer we do. We are constantly transferring energy. When energy is applied to a person/thing, a vibration occurs. We can not see energy but we can see the effects of energy by observing different kinds of vibrations. When someone speaks, a sound wave is expelled... the vibration is "magically" understood as words.
John 1:1 says "In the beginning was the Word. And the Word was with God. And the word was God.
This is the vibration being transferred into the physical realm. US
This is sooooo cool... A physcisist, Dr. Emato, did an experiement with sound waves and water. He discovered that when a word is spoken over water, either positive or negative, it causes the molecular structure to change... They Check this out...

Einstein said "science without religion is lame...religion without science is blind."
And I leave you with this from the Message.. Col 2:7-9
"Everything of God gets expressed in him, so you can see and hear him clearly. You don't need a telescope, a microscope, or a horoscope to realize the fullness of Christ, and the emptiness of the universe without him. When you come to him, that fullness comes together for you too. His power extends over everything."

A wonderful analogy that I learned Monday night in BSF, that is right in line with all i am learning right now...
3 things our bodies need to live well, laugh often, love much...
*a healthy diet consisting of nutrient rich foods and avoidance of toxins
*exercise...to pump life giving oxygen throughout our body
*rest!!
Our souls need the same thing!
*A HEALTHY DIET...the BIBLE...I am reading Eugene H Peterson's, Eat This Book, he says....
" Christians (SHOULD!) feed on Scripture. Holy Scripture nurures the holy community as food nurtures the human body. Chistians don't simply learn or study or use Scripture; we assismilate it, take it into our LIVES in such a way that it gets metabolized into acccts of love, cups of cold water, missions into all the world, healing and evangelism and justice in Jesus' name, hands raised in adoration to the Father, feet washed in company with the son"...
The Word is the ultimate nutrient to nourish our souls. But I must not just read ABOUT the Bible...not just read the Bible, but DEVOUR it, let it penetrate my whole being.
*EXERCISE: Our faith walk must include exercise. Sometimes I don't feeel like exercising!!! But I have never walked out of the gym and thought "I wish I hadn't done that!"...There are many other things in my life where I do think..."why did i do that?" I need to fill my time with "acts of love, missions into the world (and Fuquay Varina!), praying and caring for my family and friends with warm attention and heartfelt acts of service.
*REST: We must rest in the Holy Spirit. Medidate. Open my mind to hear His Word spoken to me. We are able to rest when we have been studying His Word, and living it.
1 Timothy 4:15-16 Be diligent in these matters; give yourself wholly to them so that everyone may see your progress. Watch your life and doctrine closely. Perservere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers.

Green Hope
Last night was my second Session of Holy Yoga Instructor training. We studied Romans 15:13...
"Oh! May the God of green hope fill you up with joy, fill you up with peace, so that your believing lives, filled with the life-giving energy of the Holy Spirit, will brim over with hope!"
I love this. First of all, why GREEN hope (from the message)???? Green...think about it. lush. things in bloom, sustaining... (not yet ripe or mature, but flourishing!!!) GREEN HOPE! Hope flourishing. PEACE. So that my BELIEVING LIVES. (not just in my scattered mind, but in my every breath, my whole heart)
"LIFE GIVING ENERGY of the HOLY SPIRIT"... ahhhhh this sounds good. I need some life giving enegry
and BRIMMMMING over with hope. Not just enough hope. Brimming over! One thing we talked about last night is that God will meet us where we are. We are called to continue to grow in Him, but He is right here, where I am with me TODAY..
I am renaming my Blog.

Getting Bendy
This is my journey in control. Letting go of it, that is. My journey "becoming". What I will become is still yet to be known. But I am choosing to "jump out of the boat", and see where the Spirit is leading me. The Holy Spirit. This is my journey in surrendering to the Holy Creator.
I have a friend that does not enjoy yoga, and whenever I invite her to a class, she declines, but encourages me to "have fun getting all bendy and stuff"...Yoga does make me more "bendy". I am hoping HOLY Yoga will make my spirit "bendy" as well. More plyable. One side of me is trying desperately to hold on to control. I am rigid and stiff, and cold. Not very bendy. Which way to go ...??? How will i LET GO...? .LET GO, LET GOD....
